He demonstrated incredible patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. Initially, we encountered significant difficulties with the first charger I had chosen. Ben diligently determined that the unit was faulty. This could have been a very frustrating experience, but Ben remained calm and dedicated to finding a solution. He then recommended an alternative and promptly installed it. I highly recommend Ben !!!!!!
