Adrian was great. He couldn't fix it as the whole mechanism was faulty and he could not source a replacement. However he did write a report for me which I sent to supplier who has now issued a new door .

Adrian was very friendly, professional and gave some solid advice on the doors I have and their current condition. Price for the whole job was very competitive and he was able to come the next day which was great! Would definitely recommend and will call him up again when I look to upgrade my door locking mechanisms.

I had the most positive experience with Adrian. He was extremely helpful when I contacted him due to a problem we were having with our front door lock. He came promptly to our house carried out an assessment of our situation and was able to get the necessary replacement parts and return to install them within a short space of time. He pointed out the potential pitfalls of continuing to use the lock before he was able to return and fix it. He even managed to get me a partial refund on some of the parts he didn't need to use on the work. He was excellent at communication throughout the process.
