  Ben helped us to refurbish our house putting up stud walls insulating them boarding and plastering. He fitted laminate flooring, new doors and then decorated throughout.

  We chose Benjamin Wardle Property Services to carry out our rear extension a couple of years ago, and from the very beginning Ben inspired confidence. He took the time to go through all of the drawings with us, explained every stage of the project clearly, and made sure we fully understood the process, costs, and options before any work started. Everything was transparent, well organised, and professionally managed. The quality of workmanship throughout was excellent.

  Excellent experience with Ben, working out a complex addition of a lift within the home including reworking structural aspects and redesigning and installing a new bathroom as the old one was affected by the necessary lift installation. Ben did a brilliant job in working through complex issues without causing additional stress for us as his clients.

  Skilled, Trustworthy, Friendly Service

  Ben has undertaken numerous pieces of work in my property, these have included painting and decorating, fitting a new shower, fitting bath panels and shower screens. He has resolved a persistent damp issue and fitted a replacement extractor fan. Additionally he has fitted new floor beading, fitted an integral kitchen bin and resolved cabinetry issues. Ben is professional, skilled and pragmatic with no problem being an unresolvable situation. He is reliable, trustworthy and very good value for money. He was a real find!
