  Moving a doorway in the kitchen, preparing the walls for plastering and plastering.

  I can't recommend Luke and the team at Beniko Construction highly enough. In preparation for a new kitchen, they moved my kitchen door, installed an archway, removed layers of tiles and plaster back to brick, boarded out and plastered the kitchen and surrounding area. Also having to stop and restart the job so first fix electrics could be fitted. They were very punctual, polite and kept the area clean and tidy throughout. Above all the quality of their work is second to none. I am really pleased with what they have done and will be using them again. I would highly recommend them.

  Loft Access Restored!

  Just needed a loft hatch moving and ladder fitting, a small job so I struggled to get people out to look. Luke came out, quoted, and eventually did an excellent job even after I had to put him off a couple times due to other work being done at the house. I couldn’t stay during work was being done, but it was done great all the same and he answered my questions over email after as well. Would definitely use these guys again!

  Complete redesign and fitting of a family bathroom.

  Luke had done work for us before and on this occasion did some superb design work including recommendations on fittings etc. He and his team have done a much admired piece of work with minimum disruption and to schedule and cost.

  Garage Demolition

  Luke and his team arrived early every day and got stuck in on demolishing our garage. They were very professional and organised. We didn’t have to worry about anything. They even demolished a small lean too, hosed the driveway and cleared any rubbish or debris. We’d very much recommend them

  Garage Demolition

  Luke & his team arrived early on all three mornings. They completely demolished a large garage including the concrete plinth. Organised skips etc. They were extremely polite & well mannered and very tidy. They hosed down the driveway before leaving once job completed We would highly recommend them.

  Brick porch built onto house also new front and back doors interior doors roof repaired wall built

  Luke has done lots of great jobs for us he has done lots of other work not enough space to list but he is always very helpful and courteous he is on time and kept us up to date with anything that was needed . He will be doing a roof for us very soon and possibly an extension also I feel confident Luke would do a great job for us . No mess was left and any delays on building materials again he kept us informed definitely Recommend Luke to anyone.
