Great service! Ben recently fitted an electric shower for us. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. He communicated really well throughout. We will definitely use him again

Ben was a delight to deal with from start to finish and his work was carried out in a tidy and efficient manner. He was tasked with working on some old and sized up fittings as well as replacing a TRV all completed efficiently. It has taken me an age to find a reliable and competent plumber who actually turns up when he says. He also communicated brilliantly throughout. I have no doubt I will be using him again!

Ben is a nice guy, but sadly I wouldn’t recommend him. We initially employed him to replace a power shower motor, which after fitting seemed to cause other plumbing problems with a sink, shower and a toilet in various parts of the house. A possible fix failed to solve the problem so we tried to get him back again…claiming that he didn’t have an issue coming back, it just slipped his mind! I suspect that this may actually have been the case, but it didn’t help us. By his other reviews, he knows what he is doing and is good at his job, it’s just that we were his first unlucky customers!

A premier service is always provided. Top quality work, extremely tidy, great communication and thoroughly reliable every time we use him. Also a really nice guy.
