  Home renovation and extension

  The team at Ben Davis Building carried out a major renovation and extension to my property. It involved effectively knocking down half my house and re-building it. They did an excellent job. Ben's attention to detail to make sure the finished build was to a good quality which was what makes him stand out against other builders. I was a very hands one client which seemed to work out well and he kept us informed throughout the build. I would recommend him and his team.

  Ben and his team were excellent. Very friendly and professional throughout and most importantly carried out the work to a great standard. Ben went above and beyond to make sure the job was done as well as possible, doing so for a fair price. I would highly recommend

  Structural work and Renovations

  We purchased a house which had poor layout, surrounded by walls and no natural light. Ben guided us through the planning and his work was outstanding. The team he brought in were not only skilled and reliable but also genuinely friendly and thoughtful. We had anticipated a stressful time, but instead we enjoyed the whole process. Every tradesman was great with our kids and highly anxious dog, which made such a difference. The quality of the work is excellent, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Ben and his team to anyone that needed a builder.

  Great service, reasonably priced

  Ben and Lee did some steel work for me earlier in the year. No complaints at all - Ben was super helpful beforehand letting me know how to prepare the site for them, and the work was completed quickly and cheerfully - it was nice having them around for a few days. Recommended.

  One storey extension - Excellent work

  Ben Davis is a very competent and professional builder. The one storey extension work was done well within schedule and cost. The quality of work both exterior and internal was excellent I am very happy and satisfied with his work and I will gladly recommend him to anyone From Steve in Basingstoke

  Excellent work and on time

  We hired Ben. Our project started in Aug and finished in beginning of Dec. It could finish earlier but we had to wait from windows and counter top to arrive (which we ordered by ourselves). So it is not his fault. So, about 4 months to finish it is exactly as he quoted. Ben and his teams (Brickworks, Electrician, Painter, Carpenter etc) are really good. They know what they doing and very responsible. Ben and his team have no attitude to push you or make the decision for you and he is very clam and honest which I really like. Thanks for the great work. High recommend.
