Ben came recommended by a friend which made the decision to use him so much easier. He responded very quickly to my initial contact and true to word, contacted me at arranged times. He arrived promptly and after a brief chat about the job in hand got straight to work. He required nothing but a drink of water! The results were very good, especially considering that a carpet clean was overdue by about 5 years. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly have him again.

Excellent carpet and upholstery clean. Really pleased he managed to remove old, stubborn stains. Professional and friendly service, trustworthy and everything done to schedule as promised. Had to pop out while he was here and felt very comfortable leaving g him alone in the house.

Ben has cleaned carpets and furniture for us previously. This time we had some stains, one of which looked particularly tricky and had been left by previous occupant so we did not know what it was. Ben said he would see what he could do and managed to remove the stain. We are always so pleased with his service, our carpets all look great now. Ben is friendly, efficient and very accommodating when arranging a visit. We never try anyone else.

Ben cleans my carpets in lounge and hallway regularly am always very happy with his work, and is always quick at getting back to me and offering appointments.
