    Full refurbishment

    Bench contacted me after I posted my job. They came to see the property very quickly and seemed very keen to more forward. They said other trades will come to see to allow Bench to come up with a total quote. This was the last I heard from Bench. I send several messages asking when I will receive the quote and they did not answer any message. I found this very unprofessional, they could have at least said they are not interested. Because of this I advertised the property needing renovation as I could not trust builders. They may well be a great company but there communication needs work.
