  Really pleased with the service. Communication was great, the plumber turned up when expected, and the job was completed efficiently. Everything was left clean and working perfectly. Very professional and reliable - highly recommended.

  Communication issues

  The plumber that Benard Plumbing sent to fix my broken toilet was courteous, hard-working and did everything possible to fix my problem, even when it took longer than they had anticipated. I cannot fault the actual job. Unfortunately Benard Plumbing did not reply to my messages when nobody turned up at the appointment time, and their plumber arrived five hours later.

  Blocked Bath & Toilet

  I contacted various plumbers, and none were able to fulfil my requirements on time. As soon as I was in contact, he came to view the job promptly which I deeply appreciated as I was in desperate need of help. He was able to sort the issue out on the day and it meant that I could finally utilise the family bathroom. He even tidied away all of his mess and left it cleaner than it was before so it was one less job for me to do. I couldn’t recommend him enough, I will be definitely using him again especially as his prices were reasonable and he will be my got to plumber from now on.
