Came out. Discussed job. Very professional. Gave indication of cost - quote followed - was double the price of the indication. Which was about 5 times the cost of another builder. Declined to proceed.

Lovely people! Kept me informed, helped me through design, work timetable organised well. A superb job worth all the disruption. Tidied up after completion, too.

Ben was so patient with my elderly father on this job. I live far away and I had to over see the job from Essex, so could not phyically be there. Ben sent regular updates and photos of the work so I could see it coming on well. The workers were punctual and got the job done well. I think Dad will miss them being there!

The marble hearth and back were removed and the internal and external flue hole in the wall was made good. The finish was excellent and everything was tidied up. A new piece of skirting board was cut to size to complete the job in a highly satisfactory way, very pleased with the outcome.

Ben and his colleague worked really fast to remove a stud wall which was in an inconvenient place.

Relatively easy job to remove a non-load bearing brick wall between our front porch and what was once a cloakroom. We had a couple of quotes but Ben stood out as he is very knowledgeable and gave me lots of options and advice. The job was done in a day to a great standard and everything left clean and tidy.
