  New conservatory roof and windows.

  Danny and the team replaced our conservatory roof for a light weight, insulated tiled roof and also boarded it out and put wiring in for new spot lights. They also fitted new windows and french doors to the room, making it feel like a proper room of the house rather than a conservatory. The job was done quick and to high quality. Me and my girlfriend are really happy with the finished product, it looks amazing.

  Efficient, tidy, trust worthy

  The work carried out by Bell’s Property solutions was excellent. I had a new kitchen and partial garage conversion done, I was really impressed with the attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble. I have to say the team went above and beyond in making sure everything went to plan reducing the impact of not having a kitchen ect. I would 100% recommend this company.   Excellent service from initial contact to completion of the job. Bells Property Solution came recommended by another family member. They have created a great space to a high standard.   Danny and Michael completed a garage conversion for us and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Throughout the whole process, Danny and Michael were both courteous and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the progress of the work every step of the way. The communication was excellent and it was obvious that it was important to them that we were happy with every little detail. They both were extremely hard workers and great lads. Danny even put a TV bracket up for me! The standard of the work was excellent! We would recommend them highly!

  Fantastic job of building a garden room and shed.

  Highly recommend Danny and his team. Danny came from a recommendation and it didn't disappoint. From the outset Danny was fairly priced and 100% reliable. His attention to detail was fantastic. We had a garden room built and a shed, they were quick and tidy, the boys worked everyday all to get it finished in a great time.
