I was given a one hour time slot for arrival in advance and they confirmed when they were 30 minutes away. The 2 small electrical jobs requested were carried out very efficiently and they showed me how to replace the upright bulb in the kitchen myself going forward. Price agreed upfront is what i paid. Very respectful of my home.
