First class! Speedy response, communication and repair! Cost was given before visit. Would highly recommend.

Excellent work done promptly and efficiently. The proprietor is a very straightforward and easy man to deal with and out of 4 quotes he had the best price. As I write it is one month after the door entry intercom system has been installed and we have had no issues with the system whatsoever. I cannot praise Bee Secured highly enough. 10 stars! P.S. I note that all the reviews for this company are five star except one for 9.75 and another for 9 stars, yet even those lower reviews contain nothing but praise!? I don't know why people do that. Excellent work deserves 10 stars IMHO.

It's the second time I used Bee Secured. Having tried to get handsets repaired by a couple of companies previously, Bee Secured came in and sorted the problem in one visit. they then diagnosed the problem with the rest of the system and provided clear options for repair and replacement. Other companies only provided quotes on payment of a non-refundable call out charge, or quoted based on a photo and no visit! Bee Secured came out when they said they would, ordered the replacement parts, and got the whole system up and running perfectly - and in really good time. Really excellent service.

Bee Secured were on time for the job and were very helpful - my smoke alarm was installed promptly and they resolved issues with other smoke alarms in the property. Definitely recommend!

Wojtek was punctual, professional and knowledgeable, checked my alarm system andd replaced the battery. Very pleasant chap, will be using them again.

Wojtek was amazing! A super speedy install with extra information and checks in about an hour. I had a dodgy smoke alarm and that in combination with horror stories of burn marks from the same brand smoke alarm in other houses on the estate, I decided to have them all replaced, 5 smoke alarms and one heat alarm! Couldn’t be more pleased!
