I strongly advise avoiding this company. The workmanship was extremely poor, and the project management was chaotic from start to finish. Workers were disrespectful, caused damage to the property, and showed no care or attention to detail. Despite raising concerns, no action was taken to fix the problems or take responsibility. The entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and disappointing. Bee Eco worked closely with manufacturers and suppliers to meet a complex specification set by a demanding client, above and beyond industry norms. Diligently researching each aspect to ensure warrantee requirements were met. The installation team were unfailingly cheerful, considerate, polite, friendly, and meticulous in meeting every demand. They worked fast as a coordinated team and left the site tidy each day. On Checkatrade I was not looking for a provider who can install external wall insulaton, but look at the whole EPC profile of my property. They also were able to find funding through the Great British Insulation Scheme. I am now extremly pleased with the overal look of the property with the external wall insulation and new roof guttering and facia. We were suffering with energy loss and high gas bills. Our house was difficult to warm up with timed heating settings. This had become a health concern as we are both pensioners. However, after the insulation was completed promptly, with friendly fitters, our house feels complete different. It warms up much easier and we don’t have to keep the heating on high temperature for long hours. Our bills have reduced and we are more comfortable regarding our health.
