  Old bath OUT, amazing new shower IN

  The initial brief for the job was to remove an old bath and replace it with a shower. However, whilst the job was being done an underlying damp problem was discovered. Beds Property Services installed air bricks, tiling, a fantastic new shower, basin and toilet. They were diligent, professional and a pleasure to have around. Would recommend them to anyone.

  From aged bathroom to a modern shower room.

  Beds Property Services recently completed an 16-day project to convert our old and poorly functioning bathroom into a bright, modern shower room. At every stage, from initial advice to the undertaking of the actual project, we were impressed by their professionalism and expertise. The quality of the workmanship by Jamie, who led on the project, was first-class, and we were kept informed and consulted throughout. We are very happy with the end result.

  Downstairs WC & Utility

  The team were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our new downstairs WC/utility room was completed to an excellent standard and we’re very pleased with the work. Would definitely recommend.

  Complete bathroom refit

  I had a complete bathroom re-fit carried out, including building false walls, a niche, fitting and tiling the entire bathroom. I couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the work was excellent, tiling was so neat, especially taking into account the awkward corners. He undertook the work, he had great communication, worked his way round any issues that came up, and all in all did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

  Full outside decoration works

  Paul and his team did a great job for us. There was a lot to do and some unexpected problems and additions when rotting timbers were found but they came up with solutions and kept the job moving, finishing on time. Older tradespersons, experienced and friendly.

  Repair to bathroom floor and replacement of shower and bathroom taps.

  Kept informed of remedial works required as issues found. On site every day until job completed. Shower panels, shower tray and cubicle fitted having previously repaired damage to floor and wall caused by leaking cubicle. Very pleased with end result.
