Lee and his team were professional and efficient from the start. When we initially enquired with Lee he got back to us quickly and was incredibly helpful. The quote Lee provided (and stuck to) was very reasonable, especially given the high quality of his workmanship. We made a few changes to the original plan and Lee was more than accommodating. We had our log burner fitted a year ago by Lee and it had its yearly service and clean today. They arrived on time and were very friendly. Lee was extremely knowledgeable and had some great advice. He and his team were very clean and tidy throughout and made sure they left the place spotless. I would definitely recommend Beckhill Refurbishments to friends and family without any hesitation.
