Cliff and his team were reliable, with good communications and readily available to answer any questions. They replaced a bedroom window with French doors and replaced another old upvc bedroom window for us. We also wanted new soffits in the front and rear gable ends and some brickwork pointing. The work was completed over 3 days and the team were very tidy and considerate. There was no pressurised sale talk, just honest appraisal. I would employ Beccles Home Improvements for future work without reservation.

We would highly recommend this company. As well as having new insulated roof we also had new windows in and a new door. The work was to a high standard, everyone was friendly from start to finish. They take all the rubbish away and leave everywhere tidy. We are now thinking what else we can have done.

From first contact with Beccles Home Improvements I felt confident of their professionalism and attention to detail. Their quote was very reasonable and there was absolutely no hard sell. Simply a quality product, exactly what I was wanting (I had done my homework), delivered at a fair price. The two fitters were punctual, friendly and efficient. It was a challenging job, removing 100 years worth of rotten timber and rubble yet done with professionalism and good humour. They used dustcovers and protection on floor and path, clearing up after themselves each day. Brilliant job, so happy 😊
