  Kitchen extension

  Clive and the team built a lovely 5m x 4m flat roofed extension for my new kitchen. 1.5m x 2m roof lantern, rubber roof, black fascia, bifolding doors, fantastic job. Very competitive price and an absolute pleasure to deal with, we couldn’t recommend them enough. My wife’s only complaint is that she couldn’t keep up with the coffee and bacon sandwiches ! We’re also having a large 9 inch garden wall built which Clive has recommended to have in Flemish bond which was a lovely touch. Thanks for you help and the great work.

  Porch installation

  Excellent porch installation carried out by B.E.C Building Services – the third major work undertaken by B.E.C for us. Clive provided a clear written quote, explained all the options available, and kept me updated throughout the build. His team were professional & the workmanship is excellent – any changes to the original spec were accommodated with no fuss at all. Since the porch was completed, it has made a huge difference to the appearance of the house, and we’re extremely happy with the final result and would confidently recommend B.E.C Building Services to anyone looking for quality porch

  Demolition of old outbuilding, replacement with new extension

  This is an interim report since the project - held up by planning delays in the spring and summer - is not yet complete. Because of the late start, Clive's men have had to contend with often atrocious conditions i.e. bitter cold and frequent rain. The important thing is that the roof is on, the doors and windows are in, and the extension is weather-proof. Internal fitting-out can now proceed at a more leisurely pace. I know Clive and his sub-contractors will deal with any teething problems that arise. I take my hat off to Tom and Curt, who have done the bulk of this very heavy physical work.

  Single storey rear extension.

  Couldn’t fault the lads to be fair. On site before 8am every day, didn`t start any machinery until after 9am to keep the neighbours happy. Kept the site clean and tidy at all times, left the site and house secure each day. Workmanship was superb and Clive has a very keen eye for detail. Curtis the brickie was exceptional and very quick which helped a lot as we were plagued by the weather mid build and really had to go for it when the weather windows opened up. I can’t recommend the team enough and they’ll be my only call for a future upcoming project. Thanks again for all the hard work.

  Extension and terrace

  We engaged BEC to build & project manage a single storey extension, including supervising the internal decoration and electrical & plumbing requirements. Project was later developed to include a patio development. Working effectively with our architect & structural engineer, a planning & building regulations issue was successfully resolved with little fuss. Clive led his team effectively, was calm & pro-active in addressing all issues that arose & flexible in approach to changes to original spec as the project developed. Workmanship was commendable & we are very satisfied with the end result.

  Landscaping

  We have just used Clive and his team for the 7th project on our home. As always we are super impressed with the work and his team who are always the same tradesmen which is great for consistency,as ever they were polite, courteous and tidy. We will definitely use BEC building services moving forward and can highly recommend them if you want a decent job well done. Thanks again Clive!
