  Whole house renovated, ready for Sale or Rent

  The renovation included completely removing the old bathroom, which was then sealed to prevent any future dampness or leaks. The new bathroom features full wall tiling, waterproof laminated flooring, and a modern bathroom suite. Additionally, the outdated kitchen units were replaced with new ones, including a cooker, hob, and extractor fan. The entire house was freshly painted both inside and out, and laminate flooring was installed throughout. A beautiful laminate stair was also added, completing the stunning transformation of the space.

  Two conservatory roofs replaced with tiles

  We were recommended the builders to complete our 2 conservatory roof replacements from glass to tiles. We cannot recommend them enough. They are really hard working and committed to their work. They are very punctual and clean! We are overall very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again.

  "Fantastic work"

  I have dealt with many construction traders in the industry, and they have always fallen short. However, B.E builders have to be one of the best ones that I have dealt with over the last decade. Clean ,tidy work where the owner takes pride in the job that he is doing, even if they feel something won't work and might not look good they are happy to advise and present options. I have no hesitation to recommend the guys to anyone in the future , as I myself will be using them in many years to come.

  Extension of living room and kitchen which added a utility room and downstairs toilet

  Excellent workmanship, helped to advise on adaptions we wanted. Listened to us and helped us to create our perfect home. Was punctual and hard working. Any problems which occurred they were sorted immediately. We would highly recommend and will be using again.
