Our neighbours contacted Tom to carry out a repair after we both suffered storm damage. Tom gave a verbal quote which we thought very reasonable. He arrived early and completed the works promptly. Tom also carried out a small repair infill job for us and charged no extra. Tom has great customer interface skills, very pleased overall.
