Zack was quick to respond and issue a quote. I found him polite, helpful, and amidst discussing scope of works, he suggested some alternative idea to keep costs down. Zack, is just excellent. He is a definitely a solution person and always thinks of the best way to get something done to perfection. Despite having the plans, the stairs for me to convert two flats back into one house in needed to be amended, in conjunction with the architect, once work started in the house. Zack made suggestions and came up with the perfect solution. I was impressed and so was my architect. Nothing is too much trouble for Zack and he ensure you are happy at all stages.
