  doors trimming/hanging

  not a bad job done maybe a little more taken off than I would of liked on one door but hey its been done, and £50 a door seems a little extreme, for a trim but again its done so no complaints

  I can't fault his work he was brilliant at he's work and he trimmed my door and hung it up and tidy work. then he put my extractor fan on the wall for me.

  utility room

  Joe and his assistant Billy, changed a downstairs toilet into a small utility room. They did an excellent job and I'm really happy with the conversion. They are very reliable, professional and friendly. Joe is happy to listen to any requests and did some extra work for us at the end of the project, for which we were very grateful. would definitely recommend.

  Outstanding Work from a Skilled and Reliable Cornish Builder to Extend & Repair Garage

  Joe re-roofed and extended our garage in Falmouth by excavating into our garden so we could park a longer car; we are delighted with his work. His quote & estimated timings were precise, and he has excellent communication skills. The project was completed on time with great attention to detail. He worked efficiently, keeping everything tidy and organised, and was a pleasure to have on-site. The final result is fantastic, exceeding our expectations. Joe’s craftsmanship, communication skills, and professionalism make him a builder we will call on in the future. We highly recommend him.

  Brilliant work :)

  Joe helped us immensely completing a number of odd jobs all around the house from skirting boards to picture rails and bespoke kitchen cabinetry. We are already planning future projects and are looking to book him again ASAP. Would recommend!
