  Bathroom Renovation

  Excellent work - they are DIY friendly (ie let you do the bits of the reno you feel comfortable doing to keep down costs), keep to time and do not hit you with surprise charges - even when things go wrong. Have recommended and would recommend again.

  Overflow constantly dripping

  Neighbour downstairs informed me my overflow pipe been constantly dripping down outside wall. I contacted Beatrix Home and they came back to me nearly immediately with appointment next morning for someone to come round. Given name of person coming and time. Sam text informing me 45 mins away. Work done (new ballcock lever in cold water tank) quickly and even answered question about another issue and explained how i could solve it myself (two valves to open if pressure went down). I've used Beatrix for number of years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Bathroom Installation

  We've just had our bathroom refitted by Beatrix Home. They took on the entire project management and recommended a company to purchase materials from who also created a 3d virtual reality mock up for us. We found the entire process pretty stress free. They kept our home clean and the fitter, Tommy was very pleasant. We would happily recommend them to our friends and family and have done so on our street whatsapp group already.

  Replace a show mixer unit, which involved ordereing it from USA.

  Chloe did a great job in identifying the exact part and ordering it from USA. Jack who installed it was very friendly and professional, also very neat, and tidy. All in all a great experiance

  Reroute basin and washing machine waste pipe

  Jack arrived on time, carried out the work as quoted and took the time to explain everything at various stages. Tom and his team at Beatrix are always our first choice for any plumbing, heating and bathrooms works since he helped us with a job many years ago. They are always trustworthy, reasonably priced, have a high quality standard of work and willing to help with any job big or small. We can always rely on Tom and his team (Matt and Jack in particular) to do the job right first time, every time. The only team we trust. Thanks Beatrix.

  'Leak' Report for Thames Water

  So many contractors these days come across as defensive and prickly. Everyone I have met from Beatrix Home are friendly and open in their approach and are willing to engage and explain things and to listen to pick up information from the customer, so it must be as a result of a company policy. It gives the impression of a happy workforce which is so effective in reassuring customers that they are in good hands.
