Expansion vessel repair

Return customer. Tom and the team at Beatrix Home have been our go to plumbers for a number of years. Always reliable, honest and willing to help on big and small jobs, from new bathrooms to all things heating and boiler related. The most recent job involved a fix to an expansion vessel dicovered on an annual boiler service. Special thanks to Jack for spotting the issue and carrying out the fix with the least amount of distrubance and at a reasonable price. The team we have worked with (Tom, Matt and Jack) always carry out high quality work. I highly recommend Beatrix Home.

Toilet flushing fixed

My elderly toilet had become rather temperamental. George arrived punctually, and when our original thought of replacing the entire cistern proved impractical, he took some trouble to diagnose the exact probelm. He founf another approach which was easier and quicker to fix, and also less expensive as well, and removed all the debris. The toilet is now a pleasure to flush.

Replace external tap

Beatrix recommended a suitable replacement tap for the garden which I bought in advance. This meant he was able to complete the work promptly and efficiently without a trip to a supplier. He also sorted a blocked kitchen tap on his way out! Highly recommended.

Bathroom Renovation

Excellent work - they are DIY friendly (ie let you do the bits of the reno you feel comfortable doing to keep down costs), keep to time and do not hit you with surprise charges - even when things go wrong. Have recommended and would recommend again.

Overflow constantly dripping

Neighbour downstairs informed me my overflow pipe been constantly dripping down outside wall. I contacted Beatrix Home and they came back to me nearly immediately with appointment next morning for someone to come round. Given name of person coming and time. Sam text informing me 45 mins away. Work done (new ballcock lever in cold water tank) quickly and even answered question about another issue and explained how i could solve it myself (two valves to open if pressure went down). I've used Beatrix for number of years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
