  Well, it turns out you can find decent tradespeople!

  Bear Building were truly professional and have transformed my garden from a jungle to a functional off-road parking space in no time. We chose stone over grids, for maximum drainage as we live on the marsh, and we’re really pleased with the results. Jason and his team were punctual, polite and very hard working - even in the rain! Top job from a top team.

  Jason was great from start to finish. He provided a reasonable quote, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Once he had confirmation of the council approval he organised the schedule with the council and the work was carried out swiftly, cleanly and absolutely on schedule. All of the work from digging out, obtaining materials to a completed drive, dropped keep and replacement pavement was completed in six days with minimal disruption to the rest of the residents in the cul-de-sac.   Garden Path for wheelchair access

  Jason's work was up to a very good standard. Paving slabs were reset and resin applied between them, as agreed. He was punctual and polite and just got on with the job. The price he charged was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him if I needed another job doing. Highly recommended! M Fenner

  Competitive pricing and quality work

  Bear building and Landscape completed some fencing around the back of the garden. They were really prompt and competitive with the pricing when I asked for a quotation. So much so, it encourage me to get the work done by them. The actual work done was of a high quality and completed efficiently and quickly. I would thoroughly recommend them
