I was really impressed with the work BDS builders carried out for us in our home. Everything was completed to a high quality - building work, plastering, plumbing and tiling. Gary’s communication throughout the work was spot on. I thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Gary and his team (Phil, Murray, Euan) have provided an exceptional all-round professional experience during the construction of our house extension in Sunderland. Completed Aug 2025. The whole experience has been excellent. No problem too tricky to solve. There has been a dedicated focus on us as customers (and clients), responding to many difficult asks and building challenges. This was our second time having Gary and his team at our property. This time we wanted help with a media wall and changes to radiators and internal doors. Gary communicated everything really well to me, arrived when he said he would and advised me promptly of any changes that might be needed. Would highly recommend!!

My bathroom had an escape of water causing the kitchen ceiling to cave in. Gary and his team of experienced tradesmen came and helped us with our vision of a kitchen remodel including gaas and plumbing relocation. They handled all logistics between the various trades it could not have been easier! Constant communication throughout even to the point of when tradesmen would be at our property while we weren't living there. Including aftercare. I cannot fault this company. 10/5 stars. The guys a legend!
