  Fault with electric sockets

  Dave from BDI visited to try and identify the problem why some sockets in my house where tripping. He was professional, very knowledgeable, respectful and punctual. He was able to try a number of ways to narrow down the cause all whilst being transparent. Sockets are now working as they should. I am assured that if I have any electrical problems in the future I can rely on BDI for their excellent service.

  Electrical safety Inspection

  I asked BDI to undertake an electrical safety inspection of my HMO property. They quoted on the job quickly , turned up on time and when requested. They were polite , thorough, friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their excellent services.

  New consumer unit and general problem solving

  We have had several jobs done recently by BDI, all successfully completed to a high standard. The main job was a new consumer unit, but Jack also installed new light fittings and a cooker and tracked down some problems with old power sockets, and most recently fixed an urgent wiring problem in our heating system caused by another workman (the latter with no link to BDI, I should stress). All the work has been done quickly and efficiently; they are always calm and considerate, and put a lot of thought into their work.

  2 days work on the property

  My property required a lot of work, including replacing consumer unit, replacing patress box and socket, replacing light switch and replacing and re-terminating spotlights and also I needed EICR certification. All the work was mostly completed in one day, very efficient and I received update about work completed via email. Jack is very professional and responded to all my questions and completed work in timely manner. I am very happy and I will definitely contact Jack again in the future for further electrical work required. Thank you so much !

  Fitting of a new kitchen oven

  Jack installed a new electric oven in the kitchen. He came out to assess the situation, advised on options, performed a professional and prompt installation and charged a very competitive market price. His services are of a friendly nature, and are very accommodating with respect to giving help and advice. I highly recommend his services, and will certainly be using him again for all of our electrical requirements. Thank you Jack!
