Very pleased with the work undertaken and the prompt service. Discussed with Sol on the Wednesday and he completed work only a few days later. Work was completed to a high standard. Communication excellent throughout with Sol explaining what was happening at each step. Also pressure gauge extension fitted to high standard as an additional piece of work. I’ve used BCS a few times for a range of repairs including a toilet leak, yearly boiler services & most recently a boiler repair. Sol is always extremely helpful & very reliable. Sol always communicates when he’s able to come fix the job. His prices are always very fair & well explained. Wouldn’t want to use anyone else for anything heating or plumbing. Job location: CF37Made us feel at ease, sorted the problem. Helped us with our central heating fully explained everything to us (as first time buyers we didn’t have a clue) communication was good, clear and fast from moment we found him on checkatrade.
