Job location: WF11Called Billy and he was out and had the issue fixed within the hour. Arrived when he said he would and was polite and professional as always. Replaced stop cap in the loft which was in a really awkward position with no grumbles or groans, will happily use him again for future plumbing work.10 outside tap installation
