9.67 Leaking pipe

Job location: BA1Ben came very promptly, found the main source of the leak very quickly and was back with the necessary parts (including a new thermostat for the hot water cylinder) only a week later. He and his colleague were very polite and pleasant, and Ben also very helpfully fixed another small but irritating problem with a dodgy tap while waiting for the tank to fill. - Cclaire h

Ben and Paul visited us today to start off our bath installation. They are finishing the work tomorrow. I have to say that I am SO impressed. I can thoroughly recommend BC plumbing. Prompt on the job, adorable personalities, really knowledgeable and helpful. And responsive and skilled. So we were up front with BC Plumbing about being skint (accident to bath so alas hadn't pre planned) and Ben helped us to make cost effective decisions, helped check over the replacement parts and was super professional. 10 Replace old piping and fix small leak around fitting
