Ben and his team did a fantastic job transforming our 1800’s cottage making a lovely open plan downstairs living and doubling the upstairs space! After being let down last minute by another builder Ben stepped up and tailored a quote and timescale that worked for us! Ben made what would have been a very stressful build into a enjoyable process, having worked alongside him for a lot of the build his attitude of there is only solutions not problems was a breath of fresh air. His workmanship and attention to detail is second to none, I cannot recommend Ben and his team enough.

All the work that was required was carried out in a highly professional manner and to a high standard. Ben explained what he would do and suggested additional coping stones and pointing, for weather protection, but wasn't at all pushy about this. We agreed to the extra work and all materials, including extra coping stones, were provided by Ben. His work was clean and tidy, clearing away everything at the end of each day. When finished, the work area was spotless. We would highly recommend Ben & BCM, and will use him again in the future.
