More than happy with quality of work and communication. Work was carried out to support the existing purlins and to add extra supports to rafters in the roof to stop any further movement of roof. Works were carried out too engineers detailed calculations and design.

From the start Ben showed a professional approach in assessing the job and discussing fully the options open to me. He quoted quickly and the quote was more than reasonable given some of the hysterically high quotes I had received. Weather and family circumstances made it difficult for us to find an acceptable date for the job but Ben kept in close contact and was very flexible in addressing our situation. The work has been completed to an exceptional standard, including the care taken in clearing up, including removing mortar that had fallen into the garden. I fully recommend him.

Work was meticulously planned and delivered on schedule. Site was kept safe, clean and tidy. Finished product is excellent. All material deliveries were made on time. Employees worked hard, on time and polite. All in all, service was excellent.
