Really nice guy, knew what he was doing

Quick response. Completed same day which was so helpful to us as was without water from the kitchen. Also improved the pipes. Was quickly completed too. Happy with the price. Thoroughly recommend!! All round really pleased. Can’t thank enough.

We had an emergency leak on a Saturday evening and called around 8pm. Despite being out with his children, he came out quickly and was brilliant from start to finish. He was incredibly polite, professional and reassuring, explained everything clearly and was very considerate of our insurance claim, allowing us to take photos before/during & after carrying out any work. He found and fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and at an excellent price. We couldn't recommend him highly enough. He'll be our first call from now on!
