Brett and his team turned up as requested and fixed the problem we had with the company electric gates not opening and closing . He explained clearly the work needing to be carried out and also made improvements on the fittings that had previously been put in place. Should i have any issues in the future i will definately be using BBS. Great work guys.

Failed to turn up for original appointment. However Brett later messaged to apologise over diary mixup and offered to rearrange with a discount on the cost as a gesture of goodwill. He then came and carried out the service and gates now working perfectly. He is clearly conscientious and was most apologetic about the original oversight. He did an excellent job and will definitely use him again.

Brett came today to fit a new keypad on our electric gates as our one had stopped working. Turned up on time, fitted the keypad, no hassle. Nothing was too much trouble. Very polite and helpful.

He took time to work on the problem providing the perfect solution. I am so impressed with the quality, ease of use, and everyone who has seen them has been suitably impressed. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of every day, allowing full use of driveway. I would absolutely recommend BBS.
