We had a broken shower and while other companies quoted for completely replacing the shower. BB came to look at the problem with fast availability and we're able to fix the issue with no new parts needed. Would definitely recommend!

I found Ben very reliable from the first phone call he came out look and understood the job i wanted him to do he gave me a date/time and price.He moved and supplied two taps hot and cold onto a splashback onto a outside sink i have that i use to wash and shower my dogs.his work was 100% and priced reasonable would highly recommend and use him again in the future.

Plumber, (Ben), agreed to refit the whole bathroom, taking out existing fittings, and replace with new. He also agreed to replace the floor tiles, and put up wallboards around the "wet" part of the bathroom. Both jobs easy enough for any tradesman. The first thing that concerned us was his not bothering to use protective sheets, using carpets, beds and the shower tray as unprotected work surfaces. Unable to cut thin boards in a straight line, or around small obstacles? Not providing necessary receipts. Leaking shower tray, jobs not completed, silicone all over the place, (£45 worth!) shoddy!!
