Fast and efficient turned up on time very friendly and helpful and I have booked him to do another job 10 out of 10.

Had a full new kitchen installed. The work was exceptional, Russ’ work was immaculate and he kept the room and work areas tidy at all times. Several small problems came up with the kitchen supplied but Russ solved them with ease. I fully recommend BB Joinery.

Work commenced 5 May to refurbish our box sash windows. By 2Aug we had paid £2,960 and did not have a single window operating or secure. Chased many times for a plan to complete the work and one was never provided. Assured us on numerous occasions he would return to finish the work. The last day he said he would attend we hadnt heard anything by 11am so sent an email advising of our consumer rights and Russ became unprofessional and refused to return. We are now seeking dispute resolution as we have had to pay another contractor to finish his work. Extensive detail of the above is available.

A very prompt reply to my request on Chekatrade. A reasonable quote and the job was done in a timely manner and to a very high standard. I am delighted.

Russ was engaged to supply and fit 7 x internal oak doors and furniture into existing frames. The quality of the work completed is absolutely brilliant and his attention to detail is excellent. Russ is a really friendly guy, a pleasure to have in your home and I would absolutely recommend him for any types of carpentry / joinery work!

Ross came to look at removing part of my banister so that we could get a new sofa bed upstairs which was too big to turn the corner. He was extremely professional and pleasant and came out at very short notice. Rather than quoting for the work, Ross asked if we could have one more go at getting it up the stairs and with his help, we succeeded! He saved us several hundred pounds in the process, when he could understandably have just quoted for the work. Would highly recommend, and will be doing so for anybody I know looking for a joiner.
