David serviced our system and replaced our heating zone controller. This was something we have tried to get done in the past but other companies are happy to do the service but never got back to do.

Prompt and on time. Explained work as he went and was efficient.

My 80 year old neighbour had just come out of hospital and her heating wasn't working. Dave was a lifesaver. He managed to rejig his existing commitments to come immediately and sorted the problem extremely efficiently. He then took the time to offer advice on how the lady should operate her heating more efficiently. No hesitation in giving a 10/10 rating.

I was experiencing problems with my boiler, and BBI Heating came round and did a thorough job examining and investigating to find the fault. Excellent work on their part, and well explained.

I required some leaking radiators fixed, a new TGV valve fitted to an existing rad and a new rad fitted. David came out promptly and fixed all issues with no fuss and no mess. He gave some advice on my boiler regarding a sticky valve I was unaware of, as well as some general maintenance advice. All very useful info I have never had from my past service engineers. David clearly knew his stuff and his expertise has encouraged me to use him for my annual servicing.

David has moved a boiler for us in our new home. From start to finish he was great at communicating and the work he has completed is of high standard. We are super happy and would 100% recommend. Thank you very much David.
