  Recently replaced our boiler and I honestly couldn’t fault a single part of the job. From start to finish he was professional, punctual and completely on top of his skill. The install was clean, tidy and clearly done with pride. What really stood out though was his honesty and integrity. No upselling, no nonsense, just straight advice, clear communication and total transparency. You genuinely feel like he’s looking after your home as if it were his own. Reliable, trustworthy and highly skilled. If you need any gas or boiler work done, don’t even think twice get Ben booked. Outstanding!!

  heating was not igniting, Ben replaced a valve by the hot water tank, working perfectly now.
