  From first contact until the end of the job, Marcus was friendly, professional and punctual. He came out promptly for a quote for an urgent job I needed and assessed the work thoroughly. He did not try and upsell anything to try make more money, instead he explained exactly what needed doing and why, and took photos of the work both before and after. Everything was left tidy when he and his team left. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

  I contacted Marcus on a Friday, he came and looked at what needed doing the following day and said he would start 4 days later. The weather prevented that but Marcus kept me updated every step of the way. Superb job on the roof and ceiling. His team started on time and ended on time-and cleaned up after themselves. The laying of the floor was a different matter-but with Marcus’s professional approach it was soon sorted to my complete satisfaction. The sign of a good tradesperson is promptness, communication and how problems are dealt with. Marcus excelled in all those areas.

  Multiple roofing jobs

  Marcus was brilliant from the start with communication. The team carried out multiple jobs on the flat roof areas, slated roofing, repointing the roof, chimney repairs and fitted a new cowling for the log burner. They also dug a soak away/french drains around the house. All the lads were friendly and kept me updated whilst doing the work. They completed the work in record time and tidied up before they left. Amazing work throughout and lovely people too.
