We are extremely happy with the service and the finished product. From the initial consultation Dave Bellis was excellent in adapting our needs into his plan for the Bathroom. From day one on site he kept us informed on what he was hoping to achieve that day. The old Bathroom was gutted and cleared away (always leaving us with the toilet). The workmanship of himself and his son Brandon was second to none, and they were always polite and a jot to have around. They installed a new ceiling and floor together with shower unit, sink, toilet, cupboard, mirror and radiator. Three windows replaced too

I cannot praise the company highly enough. Two lovely local men, Dave and Brandon Bellis. Extremely professional , excellent standard of work, listened to what we wanted and made appropriate suggestions along the way. Nothing was too much trouble. They were punctual, very clean and tidy and worked non stop each day. We are delighted with our two ‘new’ bathrooms. They also replaced some fencing for us . Again this work was undertaken to a high standard. A local, customer focused business with an excellent work ethic and first class standard of work. Would not hesitate to recommend them

Our bathroom had previously had a short bath fitted to give space for an additional toilet for the property. It was not a good idea and, as we got older, was getting more difficult to get in and out of! Dave suggested a corner shower with wall boards behind to avoid tile matching problems. For the shower drain, Dave had to excavate a trench to the outside and then make that good before fitting the shower and laying vinyl tiles to the room floor. Dave and Brandon worked continuously for 3 days on the job and at the end threw in 2 extra little jobs. We are very pleased.

I asked Bay Home Improvements to create an ensuite bathroom by sub dividing an existing bedroom. From start to finish, I was given advice, pricing and, once the job started, was updated daily on its progress. I am so happy with the end result, it's better than I thought it would be. It's not the first job they've done for me and it won't be the last. They are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and understood exactly I what wanted. I would, and do, highly recommend them.

Work carried out to the highest standard. This is the 3rd job carried out for us and we would highly recommend this company because of the workmanship and reliability. At the end of every day the area was left clean and tidy and kept us informed of what work would be carried out next day.
