Job location: SM7Arrived punctually on site. Cheerfully greeted my daughter and myself. Carefully checked through list of works, taking on board some amendments . Set up and proceeded efficiently to work room by room setting out and completing and tidying up after each task. Used Andy's services for investigation of a faulty bathroom towel rail and front door bell. Andy arrived promptly at the agreed time and set about diagnosing the reason for the faults. He worked in a calm, professional manner and without drama. The towel rail required the replacement of the heater element which was immediately carried out and tested. The doorbell turned out to be battery operated and it was agreed I could easily replace this unit myself which would be more cost effective.
