I found the firm on Checkatrade and after exchanging a few emails someone from the firm called at my home to look at the job and see what I required doing. After receiving a detailed estimate of cost I confirmed a date for the work to be done. The team turned up on time and did the work exactly as I required. They were very professional and efficient and I would thoroughly recommend them.

The two guys who came were friendly and respectful. They worked quickly and efficiently. The booking and payment service was easy and the communication I had (by email) was good.

As the Parish Clerk I found Batson Ltd to be responsive and friendly, they provided all of the correct paperwork, agreed a working period to suit the Parish Council and other activities in the village, they were easy to work with and I received no complaints about their work.
