We returned to the company who did original work 9 years earlier. they offered advice and choice of solutions, reasonable price and we knew from previous experience with them that they were reliable, clean workers and always arrived on time. Would recommend them without hesitation. Good job, well done.

Tom and his team (Billy, Mat & Sid) completely transformed our bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom and we are absolutely over the moon with the end results. From the initial quote stage right through to completion the service provided by Bathroom Vision was first class. Tom project managed the renovation ensuring that all plumbing supplies and trades (Plasterer, Tiler and Electricians) turned up on-site on time keeping the project running smoothly. Vision bathrooms initially seemed genuine he took details and said he would arrange a site visit. We informed him the shower had a leak. He tried to blame the previous owner without looking at the job. We heard nothing sent a text asking if he was still interested heard nothing. This salesperson doesn't keep his word one to avoid.

Tom, Jack and Billy did an amazing job ripping out our bath and installing a shower, new sink and toilet, plus plastering and tiling. The only thing that remains from our old bathroom is the loo roll holder. There was seamless communications between the supplier of the bathroom furniture, Tom and all his trades. He dealt with everything from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. All finished to a high standard and a genuinely lovely guy too.
