New boiler fitted. Fantastic price and excellent service couldn't of been happier. Would highly recommend.

What can we say! What a fantastic job! We would highly recommend this company! From start to finish they were extremely professional perfect communication, we went abroad whilst they did our bathroom renovation, they sent us daily photographs of progress and gave us great advice, they went beyond our expectations! Initially, we were not sure of what was possible, but they gave us ideas and explained what was and was not possible! Kept us informed every step of the way! Not pushy at all, introduced us to the fitter who came out to the house with Laurie, worked 7 days a week! We were blown away!

Popped into the store in Westbury and initially spoke to Lawrie about replacing my combi boiler. He then arranged for the installer to come to me to see what I required. The quote arrived promptly and the price was very competitive. The work carried out was to a high standard and I couldn't fault the service I received. Would definitely recommend!

Really good comms about visits and good explanation of work needed and done. Very thorough, a few visits to make sure the treatment was working and the end result was functioning properly. Would highly recommend L and S of The Bathroom Shop ??

Sloppy finish, had to return and redo bits - filled some gaps myself. After 2 weeks, overflow pipe came loose. They promised to fix. Waited a week, no show, then shower head wall bracket came loose, bath started creaking under weight. Messages ignored, had to complain to head office but only offered same people to fix. Got someone else myself - bath legs hadn't been fitted properly (nut and plate missing), floorboard flexing under weight, wrong wood used, washer on overflow on wrong side of bath, panel poorly fitted. Abysmal workmanship and communication.
