They were polite and considerate throughout the remodel of my bathroom. They took into consideration my needs never leaving me without a toilet for long. My bathroom is beautiful going from an 80s style bath, sink and very low toilet to an accessible shower with handrails and comfort height toilet. The little extra touches they did made the whole thing personal to me and made me feel as though my opinion mattered and I was listened to. I am very happy with my new bathroom and it makes me smile every time I step in the shower with my non slip floor and safety rails.

We have had 2 bathrooms fitted , which are absolutely fantastic from start to finish process was professional, Laurence from bathroom Shop Limited was a wealth of knowledge and help in planning our Bathrooms. He did several home visits. He was patient and we were glad of hisexpert input. Our plumber was amazing, and kept us informed every stage of the way Work was a very high standard and he was very tidy and reliable

The Bathroom Shop Limited were professional and explained everything that was going to be done. They carried out a very professional install of a new bathroom from an empty shell to a finished product. The whole team worked very well , plumbers, plasterers and electrician to ensure a very high standard of finish was achieved. I would recommend the Bathroom Shop to all.

Very informative when showing me around the showroom, recommending items which were good quality and in our price range. Delivered items without fault, overall a really pleasant experience dealing with them. Will definitely be using them again if I do another renovation

What can we say! What a fantastic job! We would highly recommend this company! From start to finish they were extremely professional perfect communication, we went abroad whilst they did our bathroom renovation, they sent us daily photographs of progress and gave us great advice, they went beyond our expectations! Initially, we were not sure of what was possible, but they gave us ideas and explained what was and was not possible! Kept us informed every step of the way! Not pushy at all, introduced us to the fitter who came out to the house with Laurie, worked 7 days a week! We were blown away!
