I had a full bathroom makeover and Craig and his team have done a fab job. I am delighted with the transformation. Craig was helpful from first consultation through to completion. He provided excellent advice and guidance throughout. The team worked hard to complete the refit to a high standard in the estimated time frame and cleaned up after themselves every day before leaving. The guys were courteous and respectful, arriving promptly every day. Overall, I would highly recommend this company.

Great workmanship and an excellent job sealing the shower tray with silicone to match the original silicone. No mess and they kept in tough with me in the day the job was carried out . Definitely will use this company again

Our bathroom dated from 1991 and needed a full update. We found Bathrooms by Design (NE) online and met Craig in the Newburn showroom. In Feb and Mar 2026 the team fully refitted it. Everyone was punctual, professional, tidy and kept us informed, which was great while working from home. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we asked for changes. The quality is excellent and the result is a stunning art deco inspired bathroom. Highly recommended.

Craig and team completed work on a bathroom renovation and adding a new downstairs WC. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I'm delighted with the results. A good set of lads and they kept the house tidy during the 2 weeks they were here.
