We are delighted with our new bathroom and very pleased with the service that Terry and team from Bathroom at Source provided us from first enquiry to snagging. They listened to what we hoped to do and provided honest expert advice and guidance to deliver it to an exceptional standard. The fact they are a local and family run business shone through, they were very responsive and easy to communicate with and everyone who worked on the project was so friendly and helpful at all times. We would recommend them and will use them for our en suite upgrade next year for sure.

From the initial meeting we felt in safe hands with Bathrooms at Source, everything was clearly explained and we were given choice but plenty of guidance. The process was exactly what we needed to have peace of mind that the problems with the current bathroom would be completely sorted, and the flexibility in timelines and phased approach whilst unusual actually made complete sense, particularly as the work progressed. We now have a beautifully finished bathroom that, while the same size, feels twice as big and has all the elements and functionality of a main bathroom.

Terry and the team were excellent from start to finish. Great advice and help in designing the bathroom and what would work best in the space and within my budget. I got my tiles and flooring from Tiles at Source across the road and had lots of help in choosing these too. The fitters were polite and efficient and did a great job. Very trustworthy and helpful in decisions made during the fitting process. The process from start to finish took less than a month as they were able to fit me in quite quickly. All in all very good - thank you! (And sorry for the late review!!)

It was great to work with the family team behind Bathrooms At Source who sourced and supplied a new bath, shower fittings and screen, sink unit, and both wall and floor tiles. Petro and his team who fitted the new bathroom and tiles were efficient, polite and did an excellent job. The work was done to an excellent standard and was completed ahead of schedule. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I’m so delighted with my new bathroom. Terry did an excellent job of helping me design a bathroom that would work in the space. We went from a shower over the bath to a beautiful walk in shower. Lukasz and Andrew, who did the fitting were amazing. The quality is lovely. It took a while for the project but there was a lot to do and I would prefer a quality project to a rush job. The communication with Terry, Laura and Lukas through the project was great. I would definitely recommend Bathrooms at Source and Lukasz and Andrew who did the fitting.
