This company give you the feeling that you are being listened to and the things they suggest are the right ones for you rather than things that are the most modern or most expensive. The owner is so patient, l kept changing my mind what I wanted, the choice is vast, and never once was l made to feel l was a nuisance. In the end it meant l felt that l hadn't been rushed to make a decision but I had made the right one for me. We were recommended Bathology for our small bathroom renovation. Paul had done a computer plan of our bathroom and came round to show us different brochure options for what we wanted. He was very patient and understood our needs. He was able to liaise directly with our fitters and delivered the products ready for them to start work. The quality of the products was excellent and good value and even delivered extra items as needed quickly. Bathology is a family owned business based in York, as the MD I have 25 years experience in the bathroom industry, previously running a national bathroom wholesale business, with extensive experience in product design and sourcing.
Based at our Monks Cross showroom we offer supply only or the full design to completion service.
We offer a free no obligation home survey and 3D design service, and can supply the products with or without installation.
We only use certified installers that we know and trust to carry out the installations, you can see lots of examples of our work on our profile page, the whole process will be fully project managed so it is completely hassle free.
We are confident we can find the product to suit any budget, we offer the prestige bathroom brands such as Duravit, Aqualisa, Geberit & Burlington but also offer a very competitive unbranded range.
We don`t just do complete bathroom projects, if you require a new shower enclosure, cloakroom toilet we can help, we also specialise in the walk in shower replacement market, if you are looking to remove a bath and replace it with a easy access walk in shower, we can carry out a quality, efficient change over in 2-3 days at a competitive price.
Quality & Service are at the forefront of what we do, but we don`t expect you to pay more for that, we offer a price guarantee that if you find the product cheaper elsewhere we will beat it.
We are a relatively new business, established in 2024 but have had great feedback from the customers we have worked with, see google & facebook reviews.
