Turned up nearly an hour after the agreed time with no call to apologise. Asked for the address at the time he was due to arrive and still late. We had to chase twice. Didn’t qualify the job properly so now we have bought our new radiator to be told it won’t be fitted how we’d like or discussed over the phone with photos of the job. Not conducted in a professional manner at all. Rude and patronising. Agreed we would not proceed further.

A very good professional job carried out quickly and effectively

Pat arrived on time, very friendly. Assessed the job, discussed best cause of action. Went and bought replacement tap and charged us the trade price he had paid, managed to get our old one off as it had been fitted oddly, and replaced. Gave us all the registration info for new tap and recommended registration with company to prolong warranty.
