  Very friendly reliable team, Dom and Sonnie, did the work. Tidied up daily and kept mess to minimum. Gave good advice when needed. Work has been completed to a high standard. Thoroughly happy with the end product and highly recommend this company.

  Shower sealant fix

  We needed our shower sealing replaced. Richard came straight back to my enquiry and got booked into see the job within a week. When he viewed the job, he even managed to fit me in that day. Great coms and work. Would recommend.

  Silicone Replacing

  reply to your reply the facts first time you were ill which you had told me about and after few days of not hearing from you the same text thread i messaged asking when you would be coming and you asked who is this which suggested you had deleted the text thread, 2nd visit arranged we arranged for 1pm you did not mention you was running late you mentioned you have to go to another job and after that you are off 2 weeks, i find this very unprofessional rather than be straight up that you dont want to come and do the job

  Full bathroom renovation

  Excellent service from start to finish. Ryan and Mitch were so respectful of our home. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves every day. They even did a couple of little things for us, like hanging a picture and putting in a new toilet roll holder so we wouldn’t damage our new tiles. If we ever need any more plumbing doing we will certainly use Bates Plumbing again and ask for Ryan and Mitch. These two are an asset to the company.
