  Ben and his team replaced broken tiles, repointed and replaced flashing where necessary and sorted out our leaks. Worked efficiently, cleaned up and took everything away and kept us well informed with photos etc. Excellent.

  Flat roof leak assessment, diagnosis, inspection report, and quotation

  Ben Chipchase is a true professional and so very kind. I urgently needed him to assess the flat roof of a property I was buying to find out what was causing an ongoing leak and to determine how much it would cost. Even though he was busy with lots of other work on, he moved things around in order to come and do the job for me. He managed the situation brilliantly between the estate agent and the vendor, cleared up after he had removed and replaced decking to inspect the roof, and produced an excellent inspection report to satisfy all parties and resolve the situation. He is an absolute legend.

  Emergency Roof Repairs

  I cannot thank this company enough Ben was beyond a wonderful kind human From start to finish he went above and beyond to get the leak on the roof fixed before Christmas He is the only company that would even reply to my emails or calls at a time when everyone was winding down for the holidays Ben came out on Christmas Eve to do an emergency fix so water wasn't coming into the home during the holidays Then immediately after the holidays he was up there fixing all I honest have never found a tradesman before that was this lovely, thorough and just kind. Thank you Ben so so much

  Very competent workmen, did good job and tidied up well. Explained what was needed and showed me the work afterwards. They have done previous work on roofing and guttering and all was good quality work. I would recommend.

  Repairing roof

  Ben and his team were excellent from start to finish. He explained what needed doing clearly and answered all my questions prior to starting. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard and the guys made sure there was no mess left at the end of each day. Ben also arranged for skirts to be fitted around my solar panels - this was an extra job that he organised and completed quickly while my scaffolding was still up. I also recommended him to a friend as I was so pleased with the service he provided.
