When I contacted Bartosz, from the checkatrade website, he came across as very courteous and professional in understanding the nature of my problem. He promptly arranged to come around to my property to access the job and to provide me with a competitive quote for the job. He came around at an agreed date and time to complete the work and at every stage of the work process he would explain to me what he had done and invite me to inspect the work which I found very reassuring. Overall I’m very pleased with the work.
