Asked to have radiators moved and installed in specific timeframe to work with my floor being done. Left early, did not finish the job, left my room a mess and did not get in contact to explain what happened. Kept delaying, lying and gaslighting me. Left room in a mess when he eventually finished at 10pm, two days after he we agreed he'd do it. Ended up costing me more money due to delaying other work. Did not knock off anything from final price despite not finishing in agreed timeframe which was the whole reason I went with him Do not recommend, very disappointed

Came quick to an emergency leak I had, although I managed to stop the leak by the time he arrived he diagnosed and gave helpful information about the issue and how to use the boiler correctly, he also came back again to replace 2 parts of a radiator that needed changing which included draining the system all for no extra charge. Also friendly service, would definitely recommend
